DBGB’s Summer Suckling Pig Series


DBGB Kitchen and Bar’s next whole hog family style feast already has a taste of summer. We’ll start with house-made charcuterie and then dig in to Chef Olivier’s Pennsylvania Green Village Farms slow roasted suckling pig with its Provençal stuffing of tomato, fennel, Niçoise olives,
and pork loin. Side dishes include zucchini flan, grilled asparagus, spring peas, and fingerling potatoes - ramps persillade. End the evening with our fabulous flaming vanilla-pistachio-raspberry baked Alaska.

As special co-host our Beer Sommelier Jon Langley
welcomes Brooklyn-based gypsy brewer Jeppe Jarnit-
Biergsø of Evil Twin Brewing. They’ll pour one of a
kind craft beers made in Denmark, including: Disco Beer Red Cap, a strong ale aged in wine barrels; P.H.A.T., a roasted malt and coffee scented Baltic porter; and Ron and the Beast Ryan, a light, citrusy easy-to-drink saison—perfect for a summer night out on the Bowery.
