On this day i will be tasting two great beers from Brooklyn brewery in NY brooklyn local 1 and 2 both 100% refermented ales brooklyn local 1 is light with a golden color finish in coloration with barley malt and hops from Germany you can find a dynamic complex of flavors and the brooklyn local 2 is a dark full bodied europian malt and hop beer with dark belgium sugar and wildflower honeyfrom a New York family farm it also adds hints of dark fruit,caramel,and chocalate notes with enjoyable tasting characteritics
