Inspiration comes to us from may sides of the craft beer industry and Connecticut based importer B. United International has rattled the cage of our beer perception for many years now. They have not only keep our attention by hand picking an amazing selection of craft beer, cider, wine, sake and spirits. They have taken things a few steps further recently by managing a cellar program for future release of their products, and they’ve also recently implemented an extensive barrel program called The Zymatore Project.
