Step up from the basics. Recommended for novices to intermediate level home brewers who want to gain experience as well as have more control of the different ingredients that can be used in beer making. This course begins with extract brewing and moves on to mini-mash brewing. Through this course you will learn the mini or partial mash process, fermentations, kegging, beer recipes, choosing the proper equipment, and much more. All participants will receive a certificate of completion and a bottle of the mini-mash beer. $55, March 22, 2013 (3.5 hours)
