FREE Reverend Nat’s Cider Tasting
Join us this Friday, April 12th to try the newest craft ciders to reach bottle shop shelves in Seattle, Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider. Truly a cottage industry, Reverend Nat uses locally sourced apples and an energy conscious approach when he’s crushing apples in his Portland-area home and bottling by hand. We’ll be pouring
Hallelujah Hopricot, a Belgian-wit style cider fermented with Saison yeast with coriander, orange peel and grains of paradise that is blended with apricot juice and fresh Oregon hops. Next up is Deliverance Ginger, an off-dry cider with fresh ginger juice and dessert apples fermented with white wine yeasts. We’ll have Lia from the cidery here to explain the cider-making process and discounts on bottles during the tasting.
