April Beer Pairing Dinner
Chef Scott Reed has done it again! Another brilliantly themed menu with beer pairings by Walt Powell. The cost of this five course dinner is $49.95 per person and reservations must be made in advance by calling (512) 388-4663. Check out the menu:
First Course: Skirt Steak Street Tacos with Adobo Sour Cream , Shaved Onions, Cilantro and Lime. Paired with Ommegang Biere D’Hougoumont.
Second Course: Roasted Fennel, Thyme and Carrot Soup with Shaved Beef Tenderloin and Fried Onions. Paired with Sierra Nevada Ovila Quad.
Third Course: Brisket Salad with Peaches, Grilled Tomatoes and Avocados with Bar-B-Que Vinaigrette. Paired with New Belgium Shift
Fourth Course: Wagyu Hanger Steak with Yukon Gold Au Gratin and Grilled White Asparagus Wrapped in Bacon. Paired with Firestone Walker Double Barrel Ale.
Fifth Course: Salted Caramel Beef Jerky with a Chocolate Granola Cranberry Bar. Paired with 512 Whisky Barrel Double Pecan Porter.Cost:
