Introduction to the New German Beer culture, by Germany’s independent beer sommeliere Sylvia Kopp (bierbotschaft.de). Rare occasion to taste cask matured editions, Bavarian interpretations of IPA and more. With two or three Belgian highlights for comparison. A subsequent menu with corresponding beers is included in the seminar. Organizer is the country’s leading gourmet magazine so the menu should be fine too. Limited number of participants.
