Left Hand Beer Dinner


On Sunday, January 26th, HopCat GR will present a five course dinner prepared by house chef, Cam Jarvis, paired with five beers from Left Hand Brewing Co. out of Longmont, CO.

Polestar Pilsner
Tempura battered mixed vegetables with almond romesco dipping sauce

Sawtooth ESB
New England whitefish and corn chowder, with fresh frilled Nantucket baguette

St. Vrain Tripel
Belgian cheese and cracker plate with quince paste

’07 Wake Up Dead Imperial Stout
Grilled sirloin steak with gorgonzola cream sauce and turnip puree

’07 Widdershins Barleywine
Caramel blondie brownie with bourbon glazed walnuts

Dinner starts at 5pm. $45 per person (not including tax & gratuity). Come in or call 616-451-HOPS to make a reservation.
All reservations must be made by Friday, January 24th. Cancelled reservations after Friday, January 24th are subject to being charged full price for the dinner.
