The Official Washington, DC Launch of SweetWater Brewing Company!

Next Thursday night marks the long-anticpated arrival of Atlanta’s very own SweetWater Brewing Company in Washington, DC!

One of the leading craft breweries from the south, SweetWater has been crafting delicious, and often hop-driven, brews since 1997. On this evening, we will be pouring fresh kegs of the flagships, as well as their current seasonal:

SweetWater 420 Extra Pale Ale: SweetWater’s most popular brew is a tasty West Coast Style Pale Ale with a stimulating hop character and a crisp finish...this brew goes all the way back to the beginning as it was first brewed in 1997!

SweetWater IPA: This mammoth, unfiltered India Pale Ale is loaded with intense hop character and subjected to an extensive dry-hopping process.

SweetWater Georgia Brown: A river of deep caramel and chocolate malts meandering through undercurrents of hop additions makes for a drinkably complex dark ale.

SweetWater Blue: A unique light-bodied ale with a hint of fresh blueberries. It begins with an appealing blueberry aroma and finishes as a thirst-quenching ale.

SweetWater Happy Ending: This seasonal “Catch and Release” Imperial Stout is a dry hopped stiffy, leading to an explosive finish at 9% ABV.

The SweetWater crew will be in the house all night long for the celebration, and you don’t want to miss the chance to throw back a few with one of the liveliest bunch of guys and gals in craft beer!
