Vintage Beer Book - Hair of the Dog Beer Dinner
We are excited to invite you to join us for our next special set of dinners at Le Pigeon. In the past we have welcomed visiting chefs, winemakers, and celebrated some milestones at these dinners. This one will be our first dinner celebrating beer and how it pairs with food. This dinner will feature not just beer, but vintage beer. On March 26 Patrick Dawson will be in town to promote his new book, Vintage Beer: A Taster’s Guide to Brews That Improve Over Time (Storey Publishing) . It seemed appropriate to bring in Alan Spints and Hair of the Dog Brewery. Alan has been dining at Le Pigeon for years and we have been enjoying his beers for years as well. The beers we will be pouring along with a five course-tasting menu are:

So we hope you will join us on March 26 when we will eat, eat drink, and learn a thing or two about vintage beers in general and Hair of the Dogs beers in particular. The dinners will be Wednesday, March 26.
There will be two settings, one at 5:30 and one at 8:15. The price is $125 a person and includes food, beer, and gratuity as well.
