A few months back, Scotland voted against independence from the United Kingdom, but its rich heritage and cultural roots will always be distinct from the others. In a nod to all the great Scots, their strong brogue, and killer kilts, Grand Trunk Pub will be teaming up with Ackroyd’s Scottish Bakery to create a five-course dinner that takes an elevated look at the Redford bakery’s premium fare.

Four courses will be paired with a Michigan craft beer selected by the crowned heads of the GTP. Whether you’re in Glasgow or Detroit, January can be tough… so strap up those boots and book a few tickets for your favorite clan.
