Stanno per arrivare le fantastiche birre di Brasserie Thiriez: avremo l’onore di ospitare Daniel Thiriez, brasseur delle fiandre francesi, che opera con entusiasmo da 20 anni con la sua Brasserie familiare des Flanders. L’abbiamo visitato lo scorso anno e siamo rimasti subito affascinati dal progetto, dalla persona e ovviamente dalle fantastiche birre, che saranno protagoniste del nostro settimanale appuntamento degli Assaggi del Giovedì in compagnia del loro creatore.

They’re coming the fantastic beers from Brasserie Thiriez: we will have the honor of hosting Daniel Thiriez, brasseur of French Flanders, which works enthusiastically for 20 years with his family in a brasserie des Flanders. We visited last year and were immediately fascinated by the project, from the person and of course the fantastic beers, which will be part of our weekly appointment of Tasting Thursday in the company of their creator.
