On June 4th in 2013 we learned of the passing of Ratebeer legend Walt Powell. Rather than observe his death, March 28th 2003 is the happy day he joined Ratebeer. Drink a beer, watch a movie, observe a quiet moment--just do something in Walt’s memory.
