My roommate is having his department sponsor a party for prospective grad students... they’re giving him $150 JUST for BEER! What should we get? I was thinking Yuengling Lager if we could get it (do they distribute outside of the east coast?).

Any suggestions, leave em’!

Since you were on the side of Yuengling I have some to add.
Brooklyn Lager
Victory Hop Devil
Anchor Steam
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

Friar Tuck can get just about any good beer available in kegs in the area. stop there to see what’s actually around right now.

No Brooklyn beers in downstate Illinois either... double sorry. If you want a good lager Hop Devil probably isn’t your beer, but Prima Pils from Victory would definitely do.
