who put these potholes in my lawn?!?

Someone just listed availability info for the following beers at Mr. B’s:

http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/ccm-malta-cuvee/103338/
http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/trois-dames-sainte-ni-touche/173424/
http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/vicaris-tripel-gueuze/174776/

This, coupled with the fact that I have seen beer here that I have never seen anywhere else in the state begs the question...does Mr. B’s sell grey market beer?

Why do they call them "potholes" when there’s never any pot in them?

Given that no one around here rated these, and the owner of Mr. B’s (misterb303) logged in today, it’s likely the owner himself added the distro info. All three of those breweries’ products (in general) are imported to the States, and Colorado does sometimes magically get the first US ratings of new stuff like this (though I dunno why). So I’d just guess the owner asked for these specifically from the distributor and was a winner.

I know the Vicaris was sitting with several bottles on the shelf at Lukas last weekend...but the other two are definitely more odd. Must be what Ernest is proposing!

This. Also, I saw the Trois Dames at Lukas and the Vicaris Tripel at Mile High, so I know for a fact other places are carrying them.

I am stoked to be getting Giradin back, going to be hard for me to put it on shelf. I want to take it all home.

Is it just me or did this go up another dollar from $12 to $13?

I may be finally getting priced out of gueuze

Yeah right, I’d let my house get foreclosed on before I gave up gueuze

Not sure if its news, but Prost Hefeweizen was on tap at Breweria. It tasted pretty good.
