Anyone else currently getting shelftag errors?

I signed up for a Premium Account (paid yesterday & everything) because I work at a small liquor store, and RB’s shelftags would be quite helpful, but instead of the watermarked ones free users get, ever since I paid I now only get a blank page that says "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred." Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue (in which case I assume it’s a temporary server thing) or if the problem I’m having is specific to my account. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks, and excited to have joined the RB community!
