Well ive opened the Brewdog arran with some vanilla ice cream ... All rather odd ... Very creamy very smooth the vanilla in the beer is highlighted with the Vanilla ice cream but once the ice cream flavour drops out the wiskey seems to show more than just drinking the beer on its own ... Its only in the Linger that a light chocolate roast come through ... |
On the Down side the Ice Cream makes me drink it faster, which is no way to treat a 10% ale. |
Age a speedway for about 2 years to let the bitterness fade a put it on some coffee ice cream. YUM! |
