Did a founders porter with chocolate ice cream float at a beer dinner awhile back. It was great.

Made my first one last night...OH MY GOD I’M IN LOVE!!!

3 scoops Breyer’s french vanilla into tall glass with ST Creme Brulee Stout. I could get really used to having one of these puppies every night. woof.

one of the best choices for a relatively cheap beer.

Good stuff, these are some others that i’ve seen that worked out well.

Dogfish Head Indian Brown infused Vanilla Ice Cream
Dogfish Head Fort infused Vanilla Ice Cream

Stout floats in general are good, I had one a while back with
Vanilla gelato, serpents stout, and whole raspberries and it was sublime.

Lindemans Framboise with Vanilla ice cream float.

I have used Kern River Class V Stout with fresh raspberries and vanilla ice cream, and I like it with just some slightly crushed berries to the the juices out and the beer in!
