I would be extra cautious with sanitation. Put the pre-boiled wort in an airtight bucket or something, maybe flush with CO2 if youre over-zealous. Id be concerned, but not overly, about Lactobacillus delbruckii getting into the wort and starting a fermentation. Even if you boil off the bugs during the boil, the lactic acid will remain.

That being said... you should be fine.

Id cover the wort to keep it clean and keep the files out, but no worries about sanitation. Microorganisms dont work that fast, and the boil will kill them all.
