Cold Spring / Third Street was just bought out by Brynwood Partners. This is the same company that owns Sunny Delight, Juicy Juice and Pearson’s Candy (yes, the candy company in St. Paul, MN). This is their first venture into the beer business. Of course, this means they too can not use the Independent Craft Brewer (drain pour logo) Seal.

I’m happy for all involved. : )

(And yes, it is a drain-pour seal of approval; My inner graphic designer was mystified.)
