Alright here’s the map of craft beer places in Vesterbro and city centre with my originally recommended locations mapped in the upper left corner and Adam’s recommendations a bit further below, which I can also strongly second if your preference goes toward proximity to Vesterbro over Nørrebro. In conclusion I guess you could say the whole area between Rosenørns Allé, H C Ørstedsvej and Gammel Kongevej left of the reservoirs is worth considering and in the end it’s a matter of your preferences for walking vs proximity to preferred boroughs, public transport etc.

I have marked one additional street in blue, namely Værnedamsvej, which is always worth a visit for its francophone atmosphere and artisanal food stores:

Just outside the map - at Vesterbrogade 97 - but also worthy of mention is the recently opened covered food market called "WestMarket", which features a number of stalls with specialty food and street food and also the notable "Kød & Bajer" stall, where three enterprising ladies serve varieties of dried Nordic meat (like moose, bear, boar etc) along with Nordic beer including Lindheim, Ægir, Oppigårds, Poppels, South Plains and Sahtipaja (most of which are their own imports):

Of course, in terms of covered food markets Copenhagen also features the well-established "TorveHallerne" at Israels Plads just next to Nørreport (which is where Mikkeller Bottle shop is located):

...and the more grungey "Copenhagen Street Food", which is very easily accessible coming from Kongens Nytorv metro station (two stops from Forum) down Nyhavn and across the newly completed inner harbour bridge. 2017 will be their last season as the whole area is scheduled for re-development:

The meatpacking district in Vesterbro (home of Warpigs) features an outdoor street food market, which is open every weekend during the summer:

FWIW Uber just announced they will be shutting down in Denmark by April 18th due to new taxi legislation:

I am not an AirBnB-er so I can’t speak to that but I’m recently back from a week long visit to Copenhagen and found the bus system took me pretty much everywhere I needed to go, beerly speaking (Well, I took the 998/999 ferry out to the Mikkeller Barrel House -- knew it was closed but I wanted to see it). Sometimes some walking on either end, but rarely more than 10 minutes and I’m a slow walker.

Updated some of the places I visited at www.BeerGuideCPH.com -- amazing how many new great places opened in the 20 months since I was last there. Or www.BeerGuideCPH.com/bigmap for a map...
