Where did the 1.5L volume limit come from? Many a scoops limit is better? |
Originally posted by Garrold Yeah, no argument here. Folks usually do a few scoops in Brum beforehand, and then afterwards. Personally, after the past two visits for CottCon I have returned to London not wanting to drink ANY MORE BEER. |
Originally posted by Leighton I would say people bring about 3 beers per person. A combo of 2 X 500ml and 2 X 330ml per beer. Therefore between 3000ml and 1980ml per person. |
Chris, have you been on the beer? That adds up to 1660ml, and that’s with bringing four bottles. |
Let’s just bring 2 or 3 bottles each. 500ml just about gets round. Less than that and folk miss out. 650ml bomber needs to be a minimum. Unless it’s a chilli beer... |
Originally posted by Garrold Yeah, that’s actually a really good call. Three bottles, at least 500ml each, preference for larger - I could get behind that. In this way, if somebody has three great bottles they can bring them and not get caught out by the ’1500ml rule’. I’d still be keen to hear what our total time is. If you get far above 10 beers per hour, the pace can be a little tedious. |
Originally posted by adnielsen I invited Tony but he wanted to bring along hand bottled fesitval goldes that he’d been storing in his boiler cupboard. |

Originally posted by Garrold +1 for this. |
I will be bringing a four pack of these, naturally. |
