Anyone know where I can get cypress chips or cubes or anything for aging some homebrew? I checked my local place and they asked their suppliers. No luck.

I recall reading that Cigar City used Cypress for certain beers like pineapple right side up lager.

Honestly, your best bet may be to contact a local wood shop, or look on etsy or something for cypress pen blanks. Yes, pen blanks.
