Hmmm.

So you’re saying we have at least two styles of beer:
1. All light and fizzy beers.
2. All dark and roasty beers.

I’m guessing we probably have a third and possibly a fourth:
3. All beers that are too dark to be a Pils but light to be a stout.
4. Versions of any of the above that contain kumquats and ancho chilies,
