I like Dogfish Head. World Wide Stout is one of the best imperial stouts around. And I enjoy some of their experimental beers, especially when they reimagine historical beverages. But if they wanted part of this market, they should have been here 10 years ago. |

I can vouch for this. My wife works for Break Thru Bev and she told me a couple weeks ago that they have Dogfish Head. Pretty excited for this, they have a solid lineup! |
Dogfish Head is really a hit and miss brewery for me, and that applies not only to beers but sometimes within the beer itself. I recall the first time trying 90 minute and gave it a perfect score, only to be let down by subsequent batches. I agree with JK that WWS is very good, and I very much enjoy Burton Baton when I can get it from over the border. I liken DFH to Avery in that some of their beers range from good to very good, while others are nearly undrinkable. |
