Evil Czech - Culver closed

That doesn’t shock me at all. Every time I try to go to the one near South Bend it is standing only. The other location, in Culver, seemed to be doing well but certainly is not right off a major interstate in a highly trafficked area. Hopefully this means they can focus on tweaking some of the beer consistency issues.

Now the Culver brewery will be their "R&D" brewery, which from the article sounds like they’re turning it over exclusively to sours. But...they might sell it in a few months anyway.

Is the plan to inoculate the place and then sell it to someone who has hopes and dreams of becoming the next brett brewer superstar?

That is too bad because I much preferred the smaller Culver location to the often times shit show in Mishawaka. To be honest, I could care less since there are already too damn breweries for me to support already.
