I've brewed one SMaSH beer - a Grodziskie with oak smoked wheat and Tettnang hops. Wyeast Kölsch yeast (can't remember the number offhand and my notes are in the basement). I got really shitty extraction from the all wheat mash, ended up with a beer that was about 2%, but it was delicious, and I plan to brew it again. |
