Hi i need help.

i want to start filtering my beer.
We have a 15 hl sistem.
We have the beer about 5 days cooling down in the fermenter and then we want to filter it.
We need to referment in the bottle but we want a smaller amount of sediment in it.

Which sistem do you recomend?

You don’t give much information, but you don’t want to filter your beer.
For most beers, 10 days in the primary fermenter, then rack carefully to a secondary, then 10 days days later rack carefully to your bottling bucket. Add your boiled, cooled priming sugar solution to the bottling bucket. Bottle, cap, condition. That will leave almost all the sediment behind. Hope that helps!

15 hl into a bottling bucket? Would take a whole lot of time.

We have somebody from the industry that looks at Ratebeer for suggestions; that’s cool!

Which brewery are you working for, if you want to share?

Or a whole lot of buckets.

To the OP - before making the commitment to filter your beer I suggest trying to perfect your cold-conditioning and racking techniques, these will improve clarity drastically without the need for filtration. However, if you must filter try a plate-and-frame system, probably the best choice for a 15HL brewhouse.

Looks like he hasn’t logged in since. Maybe he was looking for probrewer?
