Finally stopped by the Milwaukee cider bar (Lost Valley) a few weeks ago. I haven’t confirmed this but they said when they opened (15 months or so ago) they were the 8th cider bar in the U.S. Now, there are over 100. So, safe to say ciders are becoming more mainstream and accessible. |
