Message jackl beers 8677 º places 740 º 14:51 Thu 5/12/2016 I’m going to be living in Geneva for the next couple of months. I know nothing about the beer scene in Geneva (or Switzerland, really). Has anyone been recently? What should I expect to find there? Any tips on bars to visit or breweries to look out for would be most appreciated. Cheers!

I don’t know too much about Geneva, but if you have the time some time, you should definitely check out PiBar ( http://www.pibar.ch/ ) and Mise en Bière in Lausanne. Also, now that the weather is going to be nicer, you could do some hiking on the weekends to Trois Dames or BFM (there are nice hikes to the breweries). If you’ve never been to Switzerland, you should definitely check out the other parts of the country on some weekends to, maybe including some bars in Bern, Zurich, or Winterthur :)

I suppose everybody confuses it since their homepage is beerworld.ch). you’re definitely going to get a good amount of Swiss ticks there, but I would still say it focuses on international brews which is probably not what you want. It will definitely keep you busy with Swiss beers for a while, though.
