Hello. A friend gave me some nice cans of various gose. I'm not a huge fan of the style and don't know much about it. I'd like to save them for a nice hot day, maybe next spring, unless freshness matters. Advice? Thanks.

Alternatively, just pour straight down the plughole.

Drink now.

If the gose isn't salty, pour that shit out, there isn't any point.

They will be fine compared to an IPA.

That style is one that is growing on a lot of people and breweries are responding by offering more and more of them. They are almost always very refreshing and enjoyable. But they don’t eat your face off with big crazy flavors but are definitely quite tasty. Enjoy!

I've let a bunch of gose cans sit in the fridge for 2-6 months with no issues. Keep em cold and they'll go a few months.
