Are people taking into account oxidisation and off-flavours whilst slagging these beers off? It is amazing the difference of a good bottle and a bad one. Also look at the importing side. Black Hole isn’t the same beer in Copenhagen as it is in the US. It’s changed during secondary fermentation and could be completely ruined by a warehouse or whatever. It’s twice the beer that Dark Lord is but then I’ve not had that fresh at Three Floyds. |
