Like if I were to get a 6pack of Sam Adams lager from a retailer in Boston, is there much of a difference in price on average than if I were to get it at a store in say Arizona? Or a 6pack of Anchor Steam from a retailer in San Francisco vs buying that same beer at a store in New York. Or is a case of Budweiser any cheaper at a supermarket in St Louis vs getting that same case in Montana. Or any other brand of beer. Regardless of any taxes, does the distance and shipping costs affect the retail price of beer that much? |

Originally posted by drfabulous Yep, there’s a Sam Adams factory right outside of downtown in OTR. I think it’s where they make Cherry Wheat (and whatever else), as they use MI cherries in it. |
