today is 50 degrees here. Good day to fire up the toaster oven. Thighs on the menu, and it will probably be EV olive oil, basil, rosemary, thyme, fresh garlic and course chopped onion.
With short grain brown rice and steamed broccoli.
Dare I say the Pinot Noir is already decanted?

As long as you brine the Chix in a salt water and brown sugar soulution for at least 24 hors it will taste awesome. If you really like crispy skin, make sure to pat it dry before you cook it, another chef’s trick is to let the chicken air dry in the fridge to. After you have that crispy skin goig baste it with some compound butter.

Weed encrusted chicken under the broiler.
The chicken turned out good but I think when the bottle of Thyme I have is gone I won’t get another. It’s kind of boring I think.
