Love it. They’re going to lose their ass on that "investment" over the next 10 years, and it will level the playing field. |
The sales on Cinco de Mayo and of Corona on spring break in Mexico to American kids will easily pay for it. |

Originally posted by peteinSD Not saying Mexicans don’t drink Corona, but the profit margin is much greater with Cancun sales and Cinco de Mayo than that of rural Mexicans paying less for it. |
All this consolidation can’t be good for the consumer. If they really do go after Miller-Coors next, it’ll be time for the Department of Justice to step in and sue on anti-trust grounds. Even the independent adjunct lagers often have to contract brew with the big boys, and more brands that people think are outright owned by the big boys. And the price of everything just keeps on going up. |
If you think that that was a bad investment, you’re fucking stupid. |
Already invested in a couple cases. InBev is gonna ruin my delicious Corona. |
I keep telling everyone this craft beer thing makes no sense. It’s a bubble I tell ya. How can a country that embraces Kraft, Gatorade, and disgusting chain restaurants be expected to make a major taste shift when it comes to beer? |

I wish I could find a craft electrolyte replacement beverage. |
