ISO: New England Trade Partner FT: Pacific NW

I'm in the Pacific NW between Portland and Seattle which by default allows access to an exceptional amount of beer and a lot of really good beer. I would like to establish a regular trading partner with someone in NE and complete a trade every 2-3 months. More frequent is welcome if needed.
