So you edge more toward Saison DuPont than something like Hill Farmstead Dorothy? I like my Saison a little tart but I know it’s not as traditional.

Few styles are as stupid. Just because you use 3711, it doesn’t make it a saison. Malty, sweet and boozy is everything a saison shouldn’t be.
