Leuven Innovation Beer Festival 2017 [Sunday June 4th and Monday June 5th]

Same feeling. Quality is declining... Other years we had some real big shots, this year I think only Weird Beard is like a nice famous one, but we’ve seen them already many times before (Tilquin English Beer Fest and I forgot where else).

Great people, good atmosphere, very relaxed, I applaud the increasingly obscure breweries, too often quality seemed to be indeed lacking.

I helped the guys from Art Cervezeres out so I have a bit more info on the beers. They were actually quite interesting albeit probably a lot more from a brewers perspective then from a tasters perspective. For me Scratch brewing was a real revelation, they really approached brewing in a novel way.
