When I rate a beer that’s a pilsner/pilsener, the bottle always says pilsner, the site says pilsEner. Which is it? Is there a difference? Is it the same thing with a different spelling? |
Pils, pilsner, pilsener all the same thing. |
Originally posted by dortmunder Same thing in Scandinavia. Get used to it. "Pilsener" is "closest" to the German name of the Czech city Plzen: Pilsen. But all versions are okay. |
Pils, Pilsen, Pilsener, Pilsner, Pills Inner, Pillgrimm, Pills errr... . |
