Message bitbucket beers 2166 º places 63 º 17:36 Tue 5/19/2015 Seeing the relatively high gravities I moved all three batches upstairs a week ago, hoping that the higher temperatures would convince the yeast to do a bit more work. Nope. Today’s readings: - Wyeast 1968 ESB - 1.020 FG - Safale S-04 - 1.020 FG - Danstar Windsor - 1.020 FG From a numbers standpoint, the yeasts are now identical.

I was in Alaska, then Port Townsend WA, then at various points in Montana, and back to Port Townsend again. No Internet and for most of the time, no cell service. I’m home now but I’ll probably be back in PT on Monday. For you guys who sent me addresses, I’m going to try to get your bottles out tomorrow.
