OK, this is still quite the plan in the making, but the general outline is as follows:
We have a 47 passenger coach bus reserved for Friday, picking up and dropping off at the Best Western Hotel. We are still working on the exact cost for the bus, it will be either $20 or $25.
Tenative schedule:
Leave hotel at 9:45am, arrive Capone’s 10.30
10.30-12.30 Capone’s
12.30-1.00 travel to Sly Fox
1.00-2.30 Sly Fox
2.30-3.00 travel to McKenzie Brewhouse
3.00-4.30 McKenzie
4.30-4.45 travel to Iron Hill West Chester
4.45-6.15 IHWC
6.15-7.00 travel back to hotel

Matt at Capone’s has graciously offered to open up one hour early for us so we can get an early start on the day. You can be sure that Matt has some great beers to put on for us as well as a well stocked bottle shop that might be the best in Philly.
Specifics as to what might happen at each stop are still being worked out, but as we nail things down this is where the updates will be posted.
As soon as we settle on a cost I will post info on where to send money to reserve your seat.

OK, we have nailed down a few more details.
Our time table has been confirmed with Capone’s, Sly Fox, and Iron Hill for sure. They are all on board and working on putting together a great visit for us.
We will be doing some kind of group appetizers at one of the early stops and supper off the menu at Iron Hill.
The cost will be $25 per person, we have 47 seats available, first come, first serve. If we sell out there will be a little extra money left over that will go towards food.

For credit card payments paypal charges a % of the total so please include an additional $1 to offset this fee (so $26 for credit card payments). If you are using an online checking account or you have cash in a paypal account there is no fee, so the payment will be $25. Please include your full name, RateBeer name, and phone # in the bottom message box. After I receive your payment I will send you an email or beermail back to confirm it was received.
