I tried this a couple of days ago, and the Brett was really restrained. I would sit on this for a good 6-12 months to let the Brett do it’s magic, if you’re looking for significant Brett character.

Do you or anyone know what the distribution is/will be for this beer?

Its being distributed through Sierra Nevada’s network... Great to get a bit of Russian RIver on the shelves in Maine ! Bit of a tease though, got two bottles aside probably try one sooner than later and save the other for a year or so... if thats at all possible.

We got it here and at $14.99, it stayed on the shelf.

Mine was unmarked.

And I thought I’d learned my lesson about that stuff.

Was there feeding material for the brett?

Was it the same price there?

I can’t justify that purchase too often, but of course I’m going down to Jackie O’s this weekend to pick up a few $20 bottles. Ha.

Didn’t Sierra Nevada brew it though?

And as far as food for the brett, it’ll start eating the glass if given enough time.

Yeah, there was enough residual sugar for the Brett to feed.
