Seriously - do a thorough buisness plan. It is not only about why, what beer and how much and where you brew it. Starting up and plotting yourself on a classical positioning chart would mean hard times as you are in "line" with others. The same goes for the combination of a restaurant/pub. The exclusivity is the key!
