I had originally posted this in the Industry forum, but I received no response, so I thought I’d try here. Has anyone moved from homebrewing into a bigger system? A group of us are thinking of doing so, and initially we had looked at the Brew Magic system, but we’ve now been warned that it has certain features that are undesirable. We’ve been told that it’s open flame tends to generate too much carbon monoxide, and it cooks unevenly, often scorching the grain.
