I have doubts about The Monster beverage company’s ability to say that this beer, the "Vermonster" is passing off as its own energy drinks. There are many other beers currently brewed in the United States using the word "monster" in it’s title, including the very popular Brooklyn Monster Ale. Funny they didn’t approach Brooklyn with the suit, but brooklyn probably has more resources and therefore more likely to litigate. |
I dont drink energy drinks, but I will make sure to continue to not buy monster products |

Yep, this is absurd. I’m happy to see that Rock Art is working hard to stop this. They have a page on facebook and listed a bunch of links on BA. |
This is when I despise lawyers. |

If you own a trademark on a given name, you are obliged, by law, to defend it. |
I don’t buy it, particularly based on the aforementioned Brooklyn Monster Ale... Originally posted by after4ever |
