Craft beer is definitely here to stay and still has a lot of market share to claim, but you can only attend so many beer festivals before they start getting repetitive. Similar thing with brewery tours. Beer is made generally the same way at every brewery in their shiny stainless vessels - unless you’re bringing something completely novel to the table, it’s just not that new anymore. tl;dr - craft beer is going mainstream in Minnesota |
