So few microbreweries in this land of Pale Lager but a new one is just starting up.

Kind of a fun story about two friends from engineering school, since to become brothers in law, keen homebrewers and now brothers in arms with this new enterprise. Very much a family thing with spouses and a father in law helping out.

Right now "Cervecería Calavera" west of Mexico City is only a tiny setup but they have a 2500 liter brewhouse waiting in Canada ready to ship once they have the building ready.

Apparently they already won a couple of prizes at some beer festivals.

Wish them luck!

The name and the theme remind me of Grim Fandango a bit so I like ’em already.

I was expecting a punchline after that title. This is actually much better though, I hope they can survive in land devoid of quality beer and copias disposable cash.

Good luck!
