Just bought a mini Keg of Heineken because I thought it was so cool and that is my dads favorite beer! I wanted to ship it to him for father’s day from Nm to AZ but how can I do this and make sure it stays good? I have tried to find one online from a retailer so that I could have them ship it but I cannot locate it! All I can find is people selling empty ones on Ebay. Anyone able to help? Thanks!!! |
ohh, a thread back from the dead. |

I like 5 liter mini kegs for parties, the people who drink good beer get to enjoy the mini kegs, while we have macros for everyone else. I’ve had Heineken, Spaten, Paulaner Oktoberfest, Coors Light and now I have a Henninger mini for the next party. These guys offer quite a few on their site, but I think the shipping may be steep, but it will give you an idea of what may be out there. http://beergeek.stores.yahoo.net/5literkegcans.html |
Old Hickory (as kp said) uses them here in NC. I’ve gotten one (The Hickory Stick impy stout). Great beer, and a great bargain at about 16$. Everyone at the poker game I brought it to enjoyed it. I saw their IPA at the same time, and wish now I had bought one of those as well. |
