Simple prep and seasoning for some super fresh and local ingredients. I have some westmalle Dubbel and some black butte porter for the beer drinkers and a nice cab for the wine drinkers. Dessert is hunahpu brownies (brownies with imperial stout, fresh cinnamon and chipotle).
