I’m resting a pork tenderloin right now that I just grilled. Covered it in a spice rub. Yukon Gold mashed potatoes along as a side. Bout 5 minutes til I can slice this excellent looking piece of meat... Only beer I have is homebrewed IPA. So that’s what I’m having.
